1. Who provides the services

2. Online booking

• A booking made on the website or in the app is a booking request for an available slot. It becomes firm once the clinic confirms it (by phone, SMS or in the app).
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, by phone or in the app; the slot can be offered to another patient. Repeated no-shows may lead us to ask for phone confirmation or a deposit for future appointments.
• For emergencies do not use online booking: call us at 0771 709 987.
• The clinic may reschedule a visit for medical or organisational reasons; we notify you as early as possible.

3. Medical information on the website

The website content (services, articles, virtual-assistant replies) is general information and does not replace a consultation. Diagnosis and treatment plan are established only by the dentist, after examination.

4. Prices

• Prices shown on the website are indicative (“from”). The exact price is set after the consultation, in the treatment plan (quote) you accept before treatment starts.
• Medical services are VAT-exempt under Art. 292(1)(a) of the Romanian Fiscal Code: the prices shown are final.
• Payment is made at the clinic (cash, card or transfer) according to the accepted quote; staged treatments may follow a payment schedule.

5. Dental tourism

Cost and savings estimates shown for patients from abroad are indicative and depend on the treatment plan established after consultation and X-ray. Accommodation and transfer are offered under the conditions communicated in writing when the plan is confirmed. Exchange rates used for estimates are those of the day shown.

6. Patient app

• The account is created by the clinic, by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password safe; do not share the account.
• Documents signed electronically in the app (quotes, consents) have the value of a signed document and are kept in your record.
• Push notifications are optional and not guaranteed (they depend on your device and network); important information is also communicated by phone.

7. Virtual assistant

The website chat uses an artificial-intelligence model. Replies are generated automatically, may be incomplete or wrong and do not constitute medical advice. Do not enter medical or sensitive personal data in the chat.

8. Reviews

Reviews shown on the website are real patient reviews published on the clinic’s Google profile, reproduced verbatim. We do not create or pay for reviews.

9. Intellectual property

The website content (texts, photographs, logo, applications) belongs to the clinic or its partners and may not be copied or used without written consent, except for personal use.

10. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the website and app available at all times, but interruptions may occur (maintenance, providers). We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits the clinic’s liability for the medical act, which is governed by law.

11. Consumer protection and dispute resolution

You are protected by Romanian consumer law (Law 296/2004, GEO 34/2014). Any complaint can be addressed directly to the clinic: we usually resolve it with a conversation.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sibiu. In case of differences between language versions, the Romanian version prevails.
