Cookie Policy

In short: ultra-dent.ro does not use cookies. Neither its own nor third-party ones. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to ask you for.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser to recognise you on a later visit or track you across sites. The law (Romanian Law 506/2004, GDPR) requires consent for those that are not strictly necessary.
2. On ultra-dent.ro
- We set no cookies. We deliberately chose services that do not need them.
- Statistics: Plausible Analytics: measures visits without cookies or personal identifiers; data is aggregated and stored in the EU.
- The map on the contact page is OpenStreetMap, loaded without sending the referring page, with no tracking cookies.
- The virtual assistant keeps the current conversation in the browser’s session storage so it survives page changes; it is deleted automatically when you close the tab. It is not a cookie and leaves the browser only as text sent to generate the reply.
- Online booking talks to our server without cookies.
3. In the patient app and the clinic’s internal system
app.ultra-dent.ro and crm.ultra-dent.ro are authenticated applications. After you log in they set a single, strictly necessary cookie that keeps your session (protected, inaccessible to scripts, valid 30 days or until logout). Being indispensable to the service you requested, it does not require consent (Art. 4(6) of Law 506/2004). There are no tracking cookies there either.
4. How you control cookies
From your browser settings you can view, block or delete any site’s cookies. If you block the patient app’s session cookie, you will need to log in on every visit.
5. Changes
If we ever introduce a service that uses non-essential cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent first, through a banner. Until then, there is no need.
